Lost or Stolen Packages
8counts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive your package, but your tracking information shows it’s been delivered, you must file a claim with the carrier for the lost package. You can do this by visiting the carrier’s website or calling the carrier’s customer service team.
